MAP: Find out which gyms, fitness studios are reopening in Round Rock, Pflugerville, Hutto

Following Gov. Greg Abbott’s May 5 announcement on Phase 2 of his business reopening strategy, Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto residents will soon have the option to exercise through in-person workout sessions.

During a May 5 press conference, Abbott announced that gyms, fitness centers and studios would be allowed to open May 18 at a limited capacity, along with adherence to heightened sanitation provisions and social distancing measures.

Gyms and studios will be restricted to 25% occupancy, and locker rooms and showering facilities must remain closed, per the order. Restrooms will be open to clients, however.
