Ben White confirmed Friday that he left his role as vice president of economic development for the Round Rock Chamber for a position with the city of Cedar Park.

“We appreciate Ben’s time with the Chamber and are excited to identify our next economic development leader,” Mike Odom, Round Chamber president and CEO said Friday.

White started working with the Round Rock Chamber in April 2011.

White said further details about his new position would to be released Monday.
