A grand opening ceremony is scheduled on May 18 for the Round Rock Multipurpose Complex, a 60-acre, $27 million addition to Old Settlers Park.
The 4:30 p.m. event with the city of Round Rock Sports Management and Tourism Department and the Round Rock Conventional and Visitors Bureau will highlight the new additions to the park, including:
- 2 championship game fields (1 turf and 1 natural grass)
- 8 multipurpose fields (4 turf and 4 natural grass)
- Clubhouse with concessions and restrooms
- Playground
Old Settlers Park is located at 3300 E. Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock.
