Property tax bills will increase in Round Rock, Pflugerville and Hutto during the next fiscal year following extensive budget debates.
Round Rock increased its fiscal year 2016-17 property tax rate, while Pflugerville and Hutto decreased their tax rates. However, because property values have increased in all three cities, most residents will pay more this fiscal year, which began Oct. 1.
