What we reported Urban Eat. Drink opened at 110 S. Harris St., Round Rock, in mid-May. Before opening, the building underwent extensive renovations. They serve a full menu of American-fusion dishes with specialty cocktails and craft beer.

The latest Owner Allison Notgrass said the restaurant has been focusing on its entertaining space since opening. In August, the restaurant started featuring live music every Saturday night. In the fall, Urban Eat. Drink debuted its terrace space, at 411 W. Main, which is mainly used for parties. 

What’s next This year, Notgrass plans to expand the terrace on the rooftop building directly behind the restaurant. She hopes to increase traffic at parties and happy hours. The restaurant will continue offering live music every Saturday evening, starting again in March. In addition, Notgrass said the restaurant is in the process of revamping its menus for the spring and redesigning the breakfast menu to make more plated items during the week as opposed to grab-and-go food.
