Stone Hill Town Center Current buildings at Stone Hill are at capacity, with construction likely this year.[/caption]

What we reported Stone Hill Town Center contains 196 acres of master-planned development and roughly 1 million square feet in retail space. The retail development is anchored by Super Target, The Home Depot, 24 Hour Fitness, Best Buy and a Cinemark theater. The center contains Pflugerville’s location of In-N-Out burger, which opened in October with many other restaurants and shops.

The latest The developer constructed a new building, which contains a number of businesses set to open in early 2017. These tenants include Freebirds World Burrito, Mattress One and Results Physiotherapy.

What’s next Josh Friedlander, a leasing agent for the development, said Stone Hill Town Center is in talks with popular restaurants and smaller hotels to bring more business to the area.

Even though the development is 100 percent leased, new construction could be coming in 2017. Hotels could be built behind Super Target, and new restaurants would be constructed in a strip next to Chili’s.

Vitalogy Skincare is already in the process of planning an independent building in between 24 Hour Fitness and the strip area containing Organics Salon. Friedlander said the dermatologist should be open sometime in 2017.
