In-N-Out Burger is seeking a permit to build a new location at the Stone Hill Town Center in Pflugerville, according to city and company officials.

The popular burger franchise has applied for a site development permit at 1600 Town Center Drive, according to a city official. A spokesman for the company confirmed it is in the early stages of seeking a permit.

An approximate opening date was not available at press time.
