Colorado Sand Drive from Copper Mine Drive to Lone Star Ranch Boulevard
Project: Construction of 0.53 miles of four-lane paved roadway to fill the gap on Colorado Sand Drive between Copper Mine Drive and Lone Star Ranch Boulevard, including a roundabout
Update: Construction is ongoing and will wrap up this year.

Project: Widening Kelly Lane from two to four lanes from Falcon Pointe Drive to east of Moorlynch Avenue, including a roundabout at Vilamoura Street
Update: Final construction activities will continue through September.

- Funding source: 2020 certificate of obligation bonds, 2020 general obligation bonds and roadway impact fees
Project: The neighborhood street reconstruction project will rehabilitate 18 neighborhood streets in the Saxony and Willow Creek Section One subdivisions.
Update: Construction started in July and will last approximately six months.

Future construction
Kelly Lane Phase 3
Project: The Kelly Lane Phase 3 project will expand the roadway to a four-lane configuration with a center median and integrate four roundabout intersections from Moorlynch Avenue to Weiss Lane.
Update: The project has entered the final phases of design, and construction will begin with utility relocation.

FM 1660 at Limmer Loop
Project: Construction of turn lanes and signal improvements at the intersection of FM 1660 North and Limmer Loop
Update: The road is under construction with an estimated completion of late 2025. Final paving and striping are expected soon.

Project: Williamson County is building an overpass welcome sign over FM 3349.
Update: The overpass sign is under construction with an estimated completion by the end of the year.

Exchange Boulevard reconstruction
Project: Improvements to Exchange Boulevard at the intersection with Live Oak Street
Update: Design is 90% complete. Work continues as right-of-way details are finalized.

- Funding Source: 2022 general obligation bonds
Project: Construction of the turn lanes and signal improvements at the intersection of FM 1660 South and Hwy. 79, and the intersection of FM 1660 South and Front Street
Update: Now moving forward with TxDOT and Union Pacific Railroad coordination. TxDOT design of the signal at Front Street is now complete.
