Pflugerville City Council approved a $2.76 million contract for the project last November, and crews began work in December.
The project reconstructed a section of Grand Avenue stretching from Viki Lynn Place to Picadilly Drive. During the project, traffic along parts of Grand Avenue was periodically narrowed to one side of the road.
According to city materials, the reconstruction was necessary after a previous road project in 2017 created several pavement failures and distress area along the affected area.
City staff said there are still a few small closeout items items on the project, but work is "substantially complete."
