The intersection of Town Center Drive and Pfluger Farm Lane will be completely shut down for 90 days beginning Sept. 27.

Information from the city of Pflugerville states the closure is due to Phase 1 of a transportation project intended to complete an extension of Plfuger Farm Lane.

Phase 1 will have the greatest affect on thru traffic.

Information from the city states Stone Hill Park will still be accessible from the west through the Highland Park neighborhood, and Century Stone Hill North Apartments and Century Stone Hill South Apartments will have access via the Highland Park neighborhood to and from their driveway on Town Center Drive.

The Stone Hill Luxury Apartments and Century Stone Hill South Apartments will have access to and from the south via Pfluger Farm Lane, according to the city.

Beyond Phase 1, the entire $3 million project is planned to be complete by March 2022 and is funded by developer Lifestyle Communities. It will include a roundabout at Pfluger Farm Lane and Town Center Drive, and it will extend Pfluger Farm to the north.
