A large new residential project is on the way for northeast Pflugerville according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

The development, located at 14100 John Henry Faulk Drive, will include infrastructure and site preparation for blocks of two-story townhomes across roughly 670,000 square feet.

Avalon Tech Ridge apartments feature studio, one-, two-, three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes with amenities such as a resort-style pool, 4,800-square-foot fitness center, work and game lounge, pickleball court, barbecue areas, and two pet parks.

Units there offer stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hard-surface flooring, and smart-home features through the company’s AvalonConnect technology package. The project is managed by AvalonBay Communities, Inc.
