The majority of Pflugerville and Hutto homes sold in July were in the $300,000-$499,999 price range with 74 homes in Hutto and 86 homes in Pflugerville sold at this price point, according to data from the Austin Board of Realtors.

Overall, the median home price in July in Pflugerville and Hutto decreased by just under $50,000 year over year.

ABoR data also shows homes in this area stayed on the market nearly four times as long as last year for an average of 45 days.

While five more homes were sold in July in Pflugerville compared to last year, Hutto sales dropped by 15.
