Music in the Park

Grab it all—lawn chains, pets, coolers, quilts, friends and family—and head to Pfluger Park to spend a relaxing evening listening to Texas Bad Cats perform under the stars. The six-member cover band is Austin-based and has the repertoire of a time traveler, playing a blend of music from decades long ago and today’s hits.

Saturday, Sept. 25

Storytime Live

Do your kids love Curious George? This weekend, they can meet him at a special event hosted by the Kiddie Academy of Pflugerville, where children of all ages are invited to listen to a story, take photos with Curious George and celebrate literacy together.

Plant Swap and Clinic

Green thumbs, unite. Skilled horticulturalists at the Travis County Master Gardeners Association are partnering with the Pflugerville Public Library to host an event in the courtyard where the community can trade plants and information about them. Bring and exchange unneeded plants, seeds, pots and other gardening supplies. Kids are welcome for an educational activity about loofah sponges.

Live Folk Music at Three Legged Goat


Listen to Kaye Reznick, a folk musician and singer from Austin, perform on the patio at Three Legged Goat while sipping on Texas wine and craft beer. You will be supporting local music, wineries and breweries all in one stop. The patio is pet-friendly, so be sure to bring your furry friends along with your other ones.

Fiesta at St. Elizabeth of Hungary


Live entertainment, food, games, raffles—the grand prize is a 2021 Ford Ranger SuperCrew XLT—and both live and silent auctions are just a few of the events on the agenda for the annual fiesta. Dirt Road Band, Los Aventureros, Round Rock Ballet Folklorico, and Rick Fuentes and the Brown Express are performers on the lineup that runs throughout the day.
