What’s the Tea? held a soft opening in Hutto in late November, offering bubble tea and coffee.

The overview

The boutique cafe, owned by Lisa and Diana Nguyen, offers a menu emphasizing healthier options, such as non-caffeinated herbal teas, mushroom-infused espresso, matcha lattes with oat milk cold foam, and bubble tea with pink tapioca pearls colored with beet juice and sweetened with agave nectar.

Customers will also find a selection of snacks, including mini banh mis and sticky rice bowls.

The shop will hold a grand opening event and ribbon cutting at 1 p.m. on Dec. 16.

The first three customers in line with receive a gift bag and the first 10 children under 12 will receive free candy. Customer will receive an entry into a Labubu raffle with a purchase, as well as a free tote bag and sticker while supplies last.
