Cottonwood Creek Brewery & Smokehouse will open its door for a soft opening April 21.

The brewery, located in Hutto, will not only offer craft beer, but also have a cocktail menu, wine and mocktails. Out of its kitchen, the business will serve smoked meats, fresh salads, fried dishes, sandwiches and more.

Some of the dishes the team have planned include a Reuben sandwich, beer braised short ribs, a brisket burger and smoky BBQ cauliflower.

“When you hear smokehouse, you think barbecue joint. We’re a craft-food joint, technically, centered around smoked meats,” said Zach Delmonico, sales representative.

The business is owned by Bobby Delmonico.

A grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held May 5.
