The development is just south of the large 400-acre industrial, commercial and residential development under construction called Lakeside Meadows.
Bailey McMahan, director of communications and investor relations for Livano Pflugerville, said preleasing for residences at the residential community began this April.
Construction on Livano Pflugerville began in February 2022, and the estimated completion of the entire project is slated for spring 2024.
When complete, Livano Pflugerville will contain several amenities:

- Private workspaces
- Green spaces
- Marketplace
- Lounge and game rooms
- Grilling stations
- Private pet yards
