The opening of Hutto Memorial Stadium, previously scheduled for Oct. 15, has been rescheduled for Oct. 29, according to an announcement from Hutto ISD.

According to the announcement, the opening was rescheduled due to delays in construction caused by recent rain.

Hutto High School's football game against Stony Point High School, which was scheduled to take place Oct. 15 at the new stadium, will now take place Oct. 14 at Dragon Stadium in Round Rock.

The game against Vandegrift High School on Oct. 29 will take place at Hutto Memorial Stadium, following a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

Senior night and homecoming will be held during the Vandegrift game rather than the Stony Point game as previously scheduled.
