A Chicken Salad Chick is coming to Pflugerville's Stonehill Town Center. The restaurant sells a variety of southern-inspired meals, including chicken salad sandwiches, soups and salads. Meals are made from scratch daily.

Commercial real estate firm NewQuest leased the 2,584-square-foot space behind the recently opened Gen Korean BBQ. An opening date hasn't been announced, although a permit to finish the out the building interior was issued by the city in December 2024.
