A Ramen Tatsu-ya is under construction in a new retail development off SH 130 in Pflugerville.

CEO Todd Coerver said the new location will be just south of Tumble 22 and Kura Revolving Sushi Bar. The restaurant’s opening is planned for next summer.
Popular menu items include the Mi-So-Hot, a tonkotsu-style ramen made with spicy pork-bone broth, miso blend, goma pork, ajitama egg, napa cabbage, bean sprout, corn and sesame seeds. The Ol’ Skool ramen is made with chicken shoyu broth, chashu pork, ajitama egg, menma, scallion, white onion, nori and pepper.
