She operates Sandi's Organizing Services out of Hutto and travels to surrounding cities to help organize both homes and businesses.

Carter's services include a free phone consultation and a four-hour minimum organization session.

Batches


Batches, a macaron bakery coming to Pflugerville, is now offering catering service for the Pflugerville and Austin area.

Davey and Corie Wallen-Douglas own and operate Batches, catering for events like open houses. The couple will also bring their macarons to farmers markets starting in 2025, with four-, six- and 12-pack batches available for purchase.

The business is a training facility that has served Pflugerville and surrounding communities for over 23 years. Its services include semi-private training, physical therapy and massage therapy.

Big Country Brewing


Big Country Brewing closed its Pflugerville taproom Dec. 20. The brewpub opened in Pflugerville as Willard’s in 2020.

Big Country will continue to use its Pflugerville location for brewing production, and is planning to open a new location in East Austin next year.

Alta Pest Control

A new Alta Pest Control location is coming to Pflugerville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The filing shows an end construction date in February 2026.

The professional pest control company helps homeowners combat infestations, and currently has three Texas locations in Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.

Pok-E-Jo's Commissary

A Pok-E-Jo's BBQ catering cooking facility is in the works in Pflugerville, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The commissary will be inside a renovated warehouse, with a kitchen and barbecue pit.

The filing shows a construction start date in January with work expected to wrap up in December.
