A new brewpub and business park is under development near Austin's tech corridor in Pflugerville.
The brewpub, called Old Gregg, will come from the owners of West Fifth Street bar Mean Eyed Cat.
The 67,000-square-foot area was purchased in 2021 by Topo, an Austin-based real estate company. The project involves the construction of three new buildings, the addition of a large picnic area and a complete redesign to the facades of existing buildings.
