Prior to moving farther south, the food truck had been located at 19903 FM 685, Pflugerville, since May.
Owner Tonya Alexander said her recipes are inspired by her grandmother, and she specializes in Southern fried chicken, pork ribs, red beans and rice, and gumbo. One of her most popular menu items is known as the OMG Collard Greens.
"I call it that because when people first try them, they tend to just say, 'Oh, my God!'" Alexander said.
A Touch By Tonya is open from 1-7 p.m. every day except Wednesday and Sunday.
