Local wood-fired coffee bean roaster Summer Moon Coffee has opened two new stores across the Northwest Austin area.

Summer Moon debuted its Steiner Ranch cafe, located at 5145 RM 620, Ste. D, Austin, with a soft opening July 16. Three days later, the Austin-based cafe chain opened a location at 12901 N. I-35, Bldg. 20, Unit 2001, Austin, in Tech Ridge.

According to a company representative, both of these new cafes are in the soft opening stage. Full openings, including drive-thrus at both sites, have not yet been scheduled but will open at a later date.

Summer Moon offers a full menu of cafe classics, including coffee and espresso drinks. The cafe uses its own coffee beans roasted with Texas oak.
