The St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas at St. David’s North Austin Medical Center on Parmer Lane and MoPac is undergoing expansion as a part of a $121 million renovation.

The expansion of St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas, 12221 N. MoPac Expressway, Austin, includes an addition of 30 neonatal intensive care unit beds in over 28,000 square feet of renovated space in Phase 1. Phase 2 of the expansion includes an addition of four C-section operating rooms, 36 labor and delivery beds, 24 antepartum beds and 32 full-term nursery beds in over 165,000 square feet of space. The women’s center is expected to complete all expansions in the second half of 2023.
