Pflugerville ISD students will begin the 2019-20 school year Aug. 15 and finish May 28.

The school district's upcoming academic year calendar was approved by the board of trustees Dec. 20.

Winter break lasts Dec. 23-Jan. 3. Spring break aligns with the University of Texas' spring break, which takes place March 16-20.

The calendar also includes 5 teacher planning days and 5 staff development days.
