The restaurant will serve classic, chef speciality and sashimi rolls; ramen bowls; small cold plates such as the Bluefin tacos and Bluefin-style ceviche; small hot plates such as edamame, crab sticks and calamari; poke bowls; and bento boxes.
The restaurant has four other Austin locations and a San Antonio location.
