The restaurant is part of the Michelin-recognized Aburi Restaurants and was founded by Seigo Nakamura, a Miyazaki native who took over his father’s restaurant, Sushi Tora, at 20 years old.
Guests will place orders with a platform that uses a sushi concierge system to deliver dishes through a network of laneways from the chef to customers’ tables, as stated in a news release.

The location will feature the signature Aburi Sushi, where flame-searing enhances the flavor and texture of select cuts. Customers will also have access to premium sake, modern Japanese small plates and seasonal omakase selections, as stated in a news release.
