Casita’s Cafe opened in the North Austin community in January.

The coffee truck is located behind Impulse Vape and Glass on Parmer Lane. Customers can find both traditional coffee drinks such as lattes, cold brew and cappuccinos on the menu in addition to specialties including PB Chai Latte and Pink Coffee.

The truck serves daily pastries and cookies for customers to pair with their coffee and is open Saturdays 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
