Austin Regional Clinic North Austin

The clinic is adding onto its current space by expanding into the suite next door. Senior Director of Operations Tamara Baker said the expansion will create three new sonogram rooms, a bathroom and an office. The new addition will allow sonographers to have more space and allow the practice to bring on more physicians and nurse practitioners.Coach

The store sells handbags, wallets, shoes, accessories, charms and straps. The storefront also sells Coachtopia products, which feature bags and accessories made from waste materials.

NXTLVL Marine

NXTLVL Marine purchased Marine Max in North Austin in mid-December and is now selling a selection of marine inventory including brands such as Atlas, Bennington and Chaparral. The business operates six locations serving Austin, New Braunfels, Lake LBJ, Marble Falls, Dallas and Fort Worth. Each location specializes in high-end marine boats and products. Customers can find new and pre-owned boats in addition to golf carts and trailers, as stated on the business’ website.Zara

A media representative for the shopping center said the storefront is developing from its current 11,796 square feet to 34,480 square feet. The business sells fashion for women, men and children in addition to accessories, beauty items and shoes. Renovation will be completed in September.Closings

The business was opened by chef and owner Joseph Gomez in October 2021. The truck was recently recognized as a Michelin-recommended eatery in 2024 and was a James Beard Award semi-finalist for the “Best Chef: Texas” category. Gomez announced the business’ closure in an Instagram post and the business’ website has been deleted. The menu consisted of tacos, quesadillas, tostadas and more.

The location originally opened in 2008 and has since offered the local community a wide selection of books, video games, posters, CDs, vinyl, games and more. The assistant manager at the location stated the store will be shipping a large portion of its merchandise to other stores across the metropolitan area and Dallas. The remaining merchandise will be sold during a blowout sale where customers can find everything in the store for 90% off from Jan. 31 to Feb. 2.Trudy’s
