Austin resident Laura Galos will host a grand opening celebration for the Nordic-inspired bakery March 30 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at its new spot inside Malone Specialty Coffee.

The celebration will feature free samples from the bakery, as well as live music, a raffle and a flower crown crafting table.

Galos said she draws from her Finnish heritage to create goods, such as honey-lavender buns, salted chocolate-toffee cookies, a signature ​​Swedish cardamom bun and more.
