One Line Racing Center has officially opened for business in North Austin and offers customers a sim racing experience. Sim racing is simulation racing that mimics real-world car racing through a virtual experience.
Co-founder Michael Manoukian said sim racing is the most accessible and affordable way to experience the rush of motorsports in a friendly and competitive environment. Manoukian said the business offers the use of professional-grade equipment with full haptic feedback and motion systems for ultimate immersion.
The new business has racing sessions ranging $30 for a “quick race” to $100 for an “ultimate race experience” and will soon offer memberships, community competition nights and more.
Manoukian said he’s excited to bring a unique experience to the Austin community as a local.
