Beloved coffee shop and eatery Coffee Shark has been purchased by Russell’s Bakery owners Fred and Victor Liou.

Coffee Shark is a local coffee, beer and wine shop serving pastries, desserts, sandwiches, soup and salads. The store announced their closure in a recent Instagram post. Under the new ownership, the name of the shop will be changed to Russell’s Bakery. This will be the third Russell’s Bakery location—there are two existing locations on Anderson Lane and Hancock Drive.

The new owners of the business said the location will continue to host trivia on Saturdays and keep the bar. There will also be some additions to the current menu.
