Nonprofit veterinary care provider Emancipet will open its first low-cost clinic designed to accommodate a large number of dentistry and surgical procedures.

In its 25th year, Emancipet provides affordable options, such as soft tissue surgeries, dental cleaning, extractions and more.

“We are so excited to be able to offer more affordable care to more pet families in Austin and Central Texas,” said Amy Mills, president and CEO of Emancipet, in a news release.

Officials estimate the clinic will provide up to 4,000 dental procedures and 3,600 soft tissue surgeries a year, according to the news release.
