Austin-based business Rosen’s Bagel Co. has shared news about the team’s plans to open a third location in the Windsor Park neighborhood this spring.

What to know

The upcoming location will offer the business’s full menu which features hand-rolled, boiled-and-baked bagels, house-made schmears, breakfast bagel sandwiches and more.

Customers will still be able to find a full espresso bar starting at 6:30 a.m. as part of the business’s partnership with Tiny House Coffee Roasters. A curated selection of canned beer, wine and bubbles will be available later in the day.

“Windsor Park represents everything I love about Austin,” chief bagel officer and founder Tom Rosen said. “It’s a close-knit, family-oriented community with a strong local spirit, and opening a shop here feels like a natural next step. I’m excited to create a welcoming neighborhood space where people can gather over great bagels.”

What else?

The upcoming location will bring new collaborations with local food partners which will be announced soon.

The company is co-owned and operated by a handful of Austin hospitality individuals including Joe Ritchie and Joe Carr.

“This new location is a dream come true for our team, and we’re excited to continue creating spaces that feel welcoming and fun,” Ritchie said. “I live here in Windsor Park, and my kids go to school just down the street. It means a lot to give back to a neighborhood that’s been such an important part of our life in Austin. Windsor Park is vibrant and growing, and we can’t wait to contribute to that energy.”

Rosen’s Bagel Co. received a $10,000 grant from the Texas Food & Wine Alliance which helped push this growth forward.

The new location will join the company’s two existing locations which can be found on Burnet Road and in downtown at Republic Square.
