After less than two years in Magnolia, Davam Urgent Care announced plans to open a second urgent care medical facility in northern Tomball in early to mid-2016.

Medical Director Payman Arabzadeh said work on a second location will begin in early November and is expected to be complete by April. The new facility will be located near the Creekside Village Shopping Center on Kuykendahl Road.

“The community has been really supportive, and they see the value and the kind of care we give,” Arabzadeh said. “We’re excited about Creekside.”

Although plans for the building have yet to be finalized, Arabzadeh said the new building will be larger than the existing facility in Magnolia but will provide the same services.

Davam’s Magnolia location is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily and provides treatment for a variety of illnesses and injuries, including colds, the flu, sinus infections and fractures.
