The Frisco Planning and Zoning Commission approved the revision of the conveyance plat for the proposed Wal-Mart on the southeast corner of Stonebrook Parkway and FM 423 during its Oct. 13 meeting. The purpose of the plat is to create two lots from one platted lot and two parcels, and to dedicate necessary right-of-way along FM 423. The Commission also approved new building materials for the single family homes being built at the Canals at Grand Park.
