The Big Daddy martini gets its name from the head of Jasper’s, an “Iron Chef America” winner.
“It’s named after our chef partner Kent Rathbun,” General Manager James Gicas said. “He’s the head of the company. And it’s his nickname—he’s a big guy.”
The Big Daddy is made with house-infused citrus vodka, triple sec, simple syrup and housemade sweet and sour.

Jasper’s happy hour—when the Big Daddy drops to half price—runs daily from 3-7 p.m.
The menu at Jasper’s is a chef-driven concept, and the restaurant’s chefs and bartenders are able to suit any dietary restriction, Gicas said. For example, The Big Daddy can be made without simple syrup.
“Our chefs are immensely creative on a daily basis, so if you see something on the menu you’d like augmented, we should be able to take care of that request. Just ask your chef,” he said.
