The Cedar Park Center will offer new concessions and storefronts beginning Oct. 10 because of a partnership with Ryan Sanders Sports Services, or RS3. Cedar Park Center operator Texas Stars LP and RS3 made the announcement Sept. 8. Guests of the Cedar Park Center will be able to choose items such as a hot Cuban sandwiches, fried alligator bites and grilled cheese hot dogs. The partnership will also bring new storefronts to the Cedar Park Center, such as Fairlane’s Diner, Metro Deli, One-Eighty-Three Chophouse and Rojo’s Mexican Hideaway as well as Texas Smokehouse from Cedar Park-based Smokey Mo’s Bar-B-Q. Pizza Hut will also feature a new look and location, according to a press release. Rick McLaughlin, Cedar Park Center general manager and Texas Stars president, said in a statement that guests can expect RS3 to give them an improved experience. “RS3’s renovation of the concourse storefronts, overhaul of the selection and increase in the menu quality will give our customers a greater variety of food and beverage options to choose from when attending an event,” McLaughlin said. RS3 will also supervise service at the Cedar Park Center’s At Home suite and MillerCoors Club. RS3 operates food services at local venues such as Austin360 Amphitheater and Circuit of the Americas in Del Valle as well as the Dell Diamond and United Heritage Center in Round Rock.
