The Oakwood Women’s Centre at Seton Williamson, a full-service OB/GYN center, is now open in Round Rock, the health care system announced in February.

The Women’s Centre is the result of a partnership between Seton Medical Center Williamson and Central Texas OB/GYN Associates.

Oakwood provides complete OB/GYN care, including health exams, menopausal care, and prenatal and neonatal care as well as gynaecological surgery, according to Seton officials.

“The Oakwood Women’s Centre at Seton Williamson places the utmost importance on treating every woman who walks through its doors with patience and respect,” said Dr. Timothy Leeds, who will be co-leading the Oakwood team, in a statement. “So joining this team was an easy decision.”

Leeds is a Texas native who previously served as a partner at the Doran Clinic for Women in Ames, Iowa. Leeds is joined by Dr. Beth Thai, a former assistant clinical professor at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio.
