Payne said she plans to stop serving lunch around mid-afternoon, but will stay open into the evening to serve coffee, dessert and other beverages while offering customers a place to unwind and relax.

The new business is open from 7 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Saturday and is also BYOB.
