Mary's Flight is a sampling of all four of the Fielding's Wood Grill's bloody marys. Each drink is made with a different vodka, including Dripping Springs and the organic Square One Basil.

Cary Attar, Founder and CEO of Fielding's Wood Grill, said the complexly balanced bloody marys are crafted to appeal to customers who requested bloody mary varieties when the restaurant opened in September 2013.

Each of the four samples highlights an ingredient, such as the Bacon Mary, which includes a wedge of candied and cured bacon. The Sriracha Mary has a hard-boiled pickled egg colored with beet juice.

The Fielding's Mary is topped with a house-brined pickle and a fresh olive, and the Mary Caprese includes marinated mozzarella and fresh basil.

Attar said guests enjoy the combination of different flavors and the vodkas the restaurant uses in the $19 flight.

"As much as we can, we vary the flavor and texture and the garnishes," he said.
