Owner Gray Butterfield said the business provides Fed-Ex, UPS Inc., U.S. Postal Service and DHL mailing services. Butterfield said he saw a need in Southwest Austin, where he has lived for the past 12 years. "I think that this part of town is starved for certain services and I just felt like this was a great opportunity to be a one-stop shop for all packing and mailing needs as well as a few office supplies that they may need. They can always come here and not have to worry about going all the way into town," he said. The store in the Cedar Valley Village shopping center sells tape, packing supplies and pens. Butterfield said he has worked in retail for about 15 years. "I just felt I was at the right point in my life to branch out and be my own boss, which has always been my dream," he said.
