Rakuu Restaurant Rakuu opened in Spring in April and has already built a strong customer base.[/caption] Since opening in April, Rakuu Restaurant in Spring has enjoyed a great rate of return customers, said owner Bryan Le. Featuring a wide array of Asian cuisine, Le said popular customer selections include Chinese, Vietnamese and traditional sushi rolls. "Right now a lot of people like my pho," Le said. "People also like our pad thai and our sushi rolls." Additions to the menu since the eatery opened include a two-day special. The restaurant's happy hour has also been extended one hour and runs from 4–7 p.m., offering 40 percent off house wines, 10 percent off rolls and $2.50 imported beers. "It's been going on for a couple of months and it's been good," Le said. Rakuu also has been getting involved with the community through charitable programs in the surrounding schools, including contributions to the Concordia Lutheran High School's annual gala.
