Child care center Children's Learning Adventure will join Austin Regional Clinic to anchor Phase 2 of the Trails at 620, located at 8300 N. RR 620, Austin, this summer, a developer with the project said.

The center will offer infant, toddler, preschool, and before- and after-school programs for children ages 6 weeks through 13 years old, the developer said. Construction on the 35,000-square-foot facility will begin in February and feature bowling lanes, a culinary classroom, a theater, activity areas, an indoor gym and outdoor play areas, said Leslie Sloan, the retail project's developer.

"[Children's Learning Adventure] is a great addition to the Trails," Sloan said.
