The Shops at Boulder, a proposed 9,000-square-foot retail and office center at 10200 Boulder Lane at RR 620 in Austin is scheduled to open at the end of August, said Hunington Properties Broker Evan Dyer, an agent for the tract. He said construction could begin in May.
Dyer said he is targeting medical users for the center but is open to other uses.
"[The center] will be what the market dictates and could be a mix like Crystal Falls," he said.
Hunington Properties is completing a development with retail, restaurants and offices in Leander's Crystal Falls neighborhood, he said.
