All French Rotisserie is expected to open around Labor Day in Vintage Park, bringing a new dining option that is casual, yet simultaneously bold and modern, to the shopping center.

Owner Eric Goldner chose to open All in Vintage Park due to the surrounding area's family atmosphere and the local business community, which he hopes will create a balanced flow of customers at lunch, dinner and on the weekends.

"There are a lot of new businesses going in," Goldner said. "Noble Energy is building new offices in the area, and Whole Foods is coming in, so I think it's a great time to be here. It's great to be in a place that's not completely saturated like other areas of Houston."

All's menu offerings will include meats such as rotisserie chicken, prime rib, duck, leg of lamb, brisket and short ribs, along with entrees ranging from French shepherd's pie to steak frites—a steak and french fries platter popular in France.

"To round out the menu, we'll have a series of appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches and desserts to please everybody," Goldner said.

Customers will order at the counter initially, but restaurant staff will be serving patrons as well once they sit down at a table, Goldner said. All will feature a full bar, room for private parties or events and an outdoor patio that looks out over the entrance to Vintage Park.

Although All is a French restaurant, Goldner wants customers to know they do not need to know how to speak the language to enjoy the cuisine.

"You can have great French food without having to take a French lesson," he said. "All the menu will be in English, even though the servers will be trained in both languages."

Ultimately, Goldner hopes All will become a place that caters to customers who want to enjoy a cup of coffee, have a meal with family or coworkers or host a party for friends.

"There will be a little bit for everyone in the spirit of being French without being intimidating," Goldner said.
