Construction has begun on The Preserve at Zimmerman, a 5-acre development on Zimmerman Road, just off RR 620 by RR 2222 in the Four Points area.

The project will include nine single-family homes of about 2,500-square-feet on lots sized 50 feet wide and 231 feet deep, Kailey Development LP President Marc Chase said.

Chase partnered with Scott Felder Homes to complete the development that will feature homes in the craftsman style, include hardwood floors on the downstairs level, and priced from $399,000 to $429,000, said Chase who also owns Chase Flooring Group. Chase said that the area is zoned to Leander ISD and Vandegrift High School.

"It's a great little private street," Chase said of the Zimmerman Road build. "To me, it's a country setting in the heart of Four Points."

Chase recently partnered with Sendero Homes to develop Stratford Reserve Place, a four lot enclave on a 6.8 acre tract located off the 3100 block of Stratford Drive in West Lake Hills.
