Regents School of Austin is on track to finish building its 70,000-square-foot, $12.5 million expansion in time for the 2013–14 school year, Head of School Rod Gilbert said.

The new three-story building will host ninth through 12th graders and include fine arts classrooms, science labs and a library with a view of downtown Austin.

The kindergarten–12th grade classical Christian school broke ground on the project last July. The project is funded through private donations.
