The Snoring Center opened May 21, in the Westlake Medical Center, 5656 Bee Caves Road, Ste. C-100. Dr. Paul Fulmer, who served as a member of The Snoring Center team in Houston for a year and is a board-certified otolaryngologist, was appointed as the medical director of the new office.
