Tiff's Treats, a Texas-based cookie delivery company, has announced its intention to open three new stores, including one in Round Rock.

Co-founder and CEO Leon Chen said the company hopes to have its Round Rock location opened before the end of the year.

"We are expanding to Round Rock because there is definitely demand for Tiff's Treats in Round Rock," Chen said in an email. "Our current North Austin location services Round Rock through a courier service, and the number of deliveries going to Pflugerville and Round Rock have grown at a very high rate over the past couple of years."

Chen said Tiff's Treats' new store will be located next to Jason's Deli in The Round Rock Crossing Shopping Center at 117 Louis Henna Blvd. The Round Rock location will be the company's 11th store. The company is also opening two new locations in Houston.

According to the company's website, Tiff's Treats was founded in 1999 by Chen and University of Texas classmate Tiffany Taylor. The company specializes in delivering fresh-baked cookies along with takeout orders.
